I never played with it (so I may be wrong), but I doubt that RouterOS understands all possible options and is able to parse their content. So what you see may be correct. And it's not necessarily a problem, if you know that options you need and what they contain, you could parse them yourself. Related matter is what functions RouterOS has for working with binary data, I don't know from top of my head, I just remember how I'm always surprised by lack of basic functions. But maybe I just got pesimistic.
