I was wondering what the policy is supposed to be for distributors if I receive a DOA device (as verified by support)?
Should I receive a replacement from the Distributor if there's stock available, refund if there's no stock available, or do I really have to send the device back to Latvia and wait 3+ months to get it or a replacement back?
I personally believe a verified DOA device should be replaced/refunded by the Distributor as leaving the customer hanging for months just isn't a good experience in my opinion.
