After extensive research, I concluded that it is not possible to set custom inactivity timeouts for admin access via SSH, Web, Telnet and Console.
This is required by some IT certifications and makes using Mikrotik not possible in certain environments.

Is there a plan to implement such functionality in RouterOS?
