There is a problem with the new CRS328-4C-20S-4S+ switch. When running on SwOS, a reboot occurs each time the web interface is accessed. If you do not enter the web interface, then there are no reboots. The current firmware is SwOS 2.5 or 2.7. I tried to update SwOS from under RouterOS:
Code: Select all
[admin@COS-02] > /system swos upgrade
version: 2.15
status: ERROR: file not found
There is another similar switch. In the web interface, on the Upgrade tab, I observe the following:
Code: Select all
Firmware
Current Installed Version 2.13 (built at Mon Apr 26 2021)
Latest Available Version 2.15 (built at Fri Aug 19 2022)
Changelog
What's new in v2.15:
*) factory only release
What's new in v2.14:
*) factory only release
What's new in v2.13:
*) added support for CRS354;
*) CRS328: fixed SFP status monitoring;
*) CRS328: fixed auto-negotiation on combo ports;
*) CRS326Q: fixed matching by ports in ACL;
*) CRS326Q: properly detect QSFP+ optical modules;
*)..........
When I try to update, I get the message "ERROR: Could not retrieve firmware".
The forum previously reported "An error occurred on the SwOS update server that provided false information about SwOS 2.14 and 2.15 releases. Now this has been fixed and SwOS 2.13 is back."
Indeed, on the CRS354-48P-4S+2Q+ switches, I stopped watching version 2.15, but on the CRS328-4C-20S-4S+ switches, it continues to glow, which prevents the correct firmware update.
Can't this be eliminated?
