I emailed support@ 11 days ago, but still haven't received a reply (SUP-98496).
I rarely contact support, but in the past I got really quick and helpful replies. Now, not even an acknowledgement? Are delays like this normal these days?
Of course I checked the support portal and found a ticket there ('waiting for support'). Frustrating, because it's on a new device (ax²) which is now useless (broken IGMP) and I'm pretty sure it's not user error but a (device specific) bug.
