Mon Dec 05, 2022 8:33 pm

I need to see how many PSU are connected and fully operational... How command can show these informations? I put the command "/system health print" but I not be able to see these informations needed:

[admin@MKT] > /system health print
fan-mode: auto
use-fan: main
active-fan: main
use-fan2: main
active-fan2: main
cpu-overtemp-check: yes
cpu-overtemp-threshold: 100C
cpu-overtemp-startup-delay: 1m
voltage: 23.8V
current: 1489mA
temperature: 31C
cpu-temperature: 56C
power-consumption: 35.4W
fan1-speed: 2905RPM
fan2-speed: 2904RPM[/flash][/flash]

The hardware is a CCR1036-8G-2S+ model, running RouterOS 6.48.3. Thank you in advance!

older revisions of ccr1036 does not have dual power supply

your health information looks like an old version with only one power supply

newer models with dual power supply does not show current (amperes) value in health

It is possible to check the revision?

Re: CCR1036-8G-2S+ not showing PSU qty  [SOLVED]

Can't you physically inspect the device and see how many built-in PSUs it's got? And if there are two, try to verify it wasn't a DIY job (there are a few "recipes" on how to mount a PSU into device which wasn't equipped that way out of factory).

I can't inspect the device. I have just remote access via CLI or Winbox. Checking other CCR1036-8G-2S here in my network,I can see some devices where the "revision" is r2, r3 and others that no have this information. I think the ones that no have this information, have just 1 PSU.
