PPPOE Connected, no Internet on Bridge. Please help!

Fri Dec 16, 2022 2:54 pm

Hello, I just got my first Mikrotik router and I'm having some issues with setup. Currently I'm just trying to use it as a basic router: I connected my Modem to ether1, and the rest of my network on ether2-10. I tried to follow all of the steps that I've seen by searching through this forum, but I got stuck. Using the router tools I can validate that I can ping 8.8.8.8 on the pppoe-out1 interface, but I cannot ping 8.8.8.8 from the bridge interface. I'm attaching my full config file as well as the Address, and Route tables as displayed in the WebFig. I assume I'm missing something simple but I don't know what, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Re: PPPOE Connected, no Internet on Bridge. Please help!  [SOLVED]

Fri Dec 16, 2022 10:16 pm

I'm not sure what the difference is but I did a hard reset with the physical button and performed the setup again, and I now have internet through the router! I'm excited to get stated on configuring everything else.
