LtAP mini and LHGG lte board serial number

Wed Dec 14, 2022 8:36 am

With which CLI command could I get the serial number of the LTE card in the LtAP mini and LHGG devices?
 /interface lte info lte1
CLI command doesn't give this information.

System -> resources -> USB
Thank you for your answer, but that's not what I want.
This is the result your command:
/system resource usb> print
 # DEVICE VENDOR                   NAME                  SPEED
 0 1-0    Linux 3.3.5 ehci_hcd     RB400 EHCI            480
 1 1-1    MikroTik                 R11e-LTE              480
I would need the serial number of the LTE module

   serial-number="rb400_usb" vendor-id="0x1d6b" device-id="0x0002"
   speed="480" ports=1 usb-version=" 2.00"

 1 device="1-1" vendor="MikroTik" name="R11e-LTE" serial-number="000000000000"
   vendor-id="0x2cd2" device-id="0x0001" speed="480" usb-version=" 2.00"

Probably you need open a ticket on official Mikrotik support. Most probably is a RouterOS bug.

Regards.

Have you tried upgrading the firmware on the modem (in the LTE interface)? Does it have a valid IMEI number in the LTE interface?

I recall see 0000 when the firmware upgrade fails on some of the r11e-LTE things... So a support ticket seem reasonable, just make sure to generate a supout.rif and provide that when you open a ticket.
