I see quite a lot of lost packets when using video conferencing software when I'm connected through RB5009Upr router. BBB (online A/V site) has a connection status screen and when I'm directly connected to my modem the "Lost packets" count is consistently 0 (zero). When I insert RB5009Upr in between the modem and my computer the Lost packets count it slowly increasing and the connection quality is visibly worse (eg. a couple of minutes writing that post and the lost packets reported by BBB is over 9000).
What I tried (but it didn't help):
- update system and firmware (it's 7.6),
- reset configuration to defaults (keeping users),
- used different cables and different eth inputs,
- ensured the unit is properly cooled.
Does anyone have any idea what to try next? Log has only info messages. If it doesn't work with reset'd configuration it sounds like a faulty hardware? (I'm attaching the configuration dump just in case).
Thanks in advance for help and a happy New Year!
