Wifiwave2 bridge interface unknown V7.7

Tue Jan 17, 2023 12:56 am

I have 6 wifi interfaces, 3 master plus one ethernet on a Mikrotik Audience. Everything works, apart from the bridge can’t work out which wifi interface a host is on.

If the host is on ether2, the bridge lists it in hosts. If it connects via wifi, it adds it to hosts with interface unknown.

Is this expected behaviour?

Two strikes.

No way to tell without a config,
Its a brand new device and not many have experience with it.....

For me, I see the actual interface under bridge->hosts on an RB4011 and Audience in 7.7 with wifiwave2.

Thanks everyone for your responses.

I cannot for the life of me work out why this has stopped working, as a last resort I did do a net install and restore the config.
I've opened up a support request and I'll update this thread if they find something wrong in my config or they find a bug.
