This is my Mikrotik configuration:

radio-mac=48:A9:8A:05:13:9E
configuration.mode=ap .ssid="Dom_" .country=Poland .manager=local
security.authentication-types=wpa2-psk,wpa3-psk .passphrase="xxx"
.wps=disable
channel.band=2ghz-ax .width=20/40mhz .skip-dfs-channels=all

1 name="wifi-5g" mac-address=48:A9:8A:05:13:9D arp-timeout=auto
radio-mac=48:A9:8A:05:13:9D
configuration.mode=ap .ssid="Dom_" .country=Poland .manager=local
security.authentication-types=wpa2-psk,wpa3-psk .passphrase="xxx"
.wps=disable
channel.band=5ghz-ax .width=20/40/80mhz .skip-dfs-channels=all
The network card on the local computer is an Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz.
Windows shows connection at 1201/1201 (Mbps), distance from the router is about 2m.

Try multi connection test, aka -P 20 for example.

I experienced the same issue with the Intel AX200 wireless card.

This is a known issue: if you are using dual boot Linux + Windows, you should disable FastBoot in Windows. There are many tutorials how to do it. After disabling FastBoot, I can connect 1200/1200 within 2 meters of the hap AX3 under Linux.
