I tried to log into the support system.
The support system is available from the web page:
https://mikrotik.com/support
On that webpage, there is a big dark gray button called:
"Contact Support"

So I click it, which redirects me to the URL:
https://help.mikrotik.com/servicedesk/servicedesk

But then I see the following (image is screenshot):
