define: connect two LANs...
change to one LAN all the address, conforming to the fist LAN, (or add 2nd IP to the devices, but not everytime is possible)
[often suffice just increase subnet mask of both LAN and assign both gateway/dns IPs to main router]
else is not merge two LAN, but ROUTING two little WAN...
If the two LAN have already overlapping IPs, there is not possible do routing, you must change IPs on one side.
LAN1 192.168.1.xx
LAN2 192.168.9.xx
both change subnet on all internal devices from 255.255.255.0 (/24) to 255.255.240.0 (/20) new LAN interval is [192.168.0.0 - 192.168.15.255]
and assign both gateway IPs to main router (probably 192.168.1.1/20 and 192.168.9.1/20)
you can use RB951i-2HnD as switch + access-point
