communicate two networks

Wed Mar 22, 2023 11:55 am

Hello
I am very new to RouterOS and I am trying to solve this case.

I have several LAN networks that I need to communicate.
One is a community network of a building with an IP video intercom.
The other is the private networks of the neighbors with the screens of the IP video intercom. For example, a building with two neighbors and a single access with the video intercom.
They must be connected in this way since the screen, to be registered in your app, must be in the same network as the smartphone with the app and both devices connected to the internet.
The IP video intercom should be able to call each neighbor independently and when there is a call, the other neighbor cannot see it.
I have two hAP Lite to test.

I understand that you have to create static routes between the community network of the building and the networks of the different neighbors.
But I do not know how to do it.
I am concerned about the firewall settings for security and NAT.

Could you help me with the configuration?

I feel my English, it is not my native language.
Thanks for your time

The best way is probably zerotier where you can put two routers lans together as if they were on the same switch etc.....
Best done with an ARM64 for example.
You may get away with one ARM64 device at source (where the cameras actually are) and people can load zerotier on their laptops, cellphones etc.........
you control what zerotier devices have acccess etc..
