What port of the router is your computer connected to (I'm guessing 4, but confirming)?

Even if i don't use any port and have only power cabel conecting with router port 4 and power led blinking. I don't see router on winbox on every port. It's start when i conect for first time, reset router and leave sesion with adres ip: 0.0.0.0.
I can't restart router with buton, and probably can't boot this router or I don't know how to do it.

There is a reset button near the power jack.
1 - Disconnect the power cord from the unit
2 - Hold the reset button and do not release.
3 - Plug the power cord in and wait until the ACT light starts flashing.
4 - Now release the button to clear configuration.
5 - Wait for a few minutes for the router to clear and restore the factory settings.
5 - Connect your computer to port 3 on the Mikrotik router
6 - Open your web browser and connect to http://192.168.88.1 if the router has been reset you will not be asked for a password and should be redirected to the quickset page.

Pretty much the same for all Mikrotik rotuers.

I'm not watching somebodies video - especially on Reddit.
You said you don't know how, so I told you how. What does it not do?
Next step would be a Netinstall.

AFAIK, there’s no known issue causing this. The suggestion you were provided with already is the proper troubleshooting procedure...

1. Netinstall 6.48.6 (latest long term): https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Netinstall
2. Try another power supply (any MikroTik supplier should have some in stock if you're not comfortable with the requirements)
3. Contact support.
