PPPoE client session stucks (hangs)

Hi

I am looking for a solution to the following problem.

I work for a WISP provider. The client side devices are typically Ubiquiti devices. Each site has a MikroTik router, these are used to sync up the pppoe accounts. However, some customers are experiencing the following problem:

They have a power outage (a short one), but their PPPoE session remains inside the router. Apparently everything is fine, but we can't ping his ip address in this case. The CPE device can't even dial in again. After kicking the stucked PPPoE session out of the router everything is restored. The client redials and the service works. I have tried the following:

Router update
CPE update
Interim update modification
Keepalive timeout change
One Session Per Host change

I am running out of ideas. Very frustrating for the support staff and of course for the customers. We have had to switch to DHCP in some places because of this, but unfortunately this is not always possible.
