Wonderful!
Finally we can explode the forum now.
Even normis is as small as common moderator while we are as mighty as global moderators. Who is more!

I first thought you got hired by MikroTik, because previously all green ones were MikroTik employees. Realizing that green means "only" forum moderator was a slight dissapointment, because it already went through my mind how you'd be positively influencing their creative process from inside. ;)
People who quote full posts should be spanked with ethernet cable. Some exceptions for multi-topic threads may apply.

Count me in, if you still need volunteers.
Also, is there any formal policy?

I really appreciate the bump to moderator status.
I've been enjoying fixing grammar in people's posts! (j/k)

I also appreciate the trust I was awarded by. Nothing against, but how it came that I became moderator? Is there some automatic rule that decides that?

Well, I see now that it is not true. Normis is an "Administrator", probably something more than moderator... ok, ok, ok... not so small... :-)
