In general:
If "installation=indoors" is used then the "outdoor" frequencies are not available
Use installation=any if the device is installed indoor, to allow all frequencies that are actually allowed indoor. (this includes the outdoor freq !)
However the "czech republic" table for MT is correct, "outdoor" is not specified here, but other countries are not that lucky!
Don't forget that DFS channels remain mute for 1 full minute. (Status= scanning for radar", no signal is sent, AP invisible)
The weather channels 120-124-128 are even a FULL 10 minutes "scanning for radars". And waiting for 10 minutes is a long long time.
With 80 MHz wide channels the changes of having one of them in that wide channel, make it happen more often than expected !!!
