Why the dude shows the specifications not of devices in a different subnet.
cpu, mem, device name can not be mentioned. Ping works well.
SNMP parameters are good configured also the port and community name
Through winbox I can reach the routers in different subnets
All the devices in the same subnet or the dude server working fine.
i don't use automatic discovery.

Quick test didn't show problems, if the monitored device is reachable from Dude server.
Just in case try to update your Dude server.
