Is this supported on an original RB260GS? The release notes don't indicate anything, and the download page says "version 2.2 for new RB260GS(CSS106-5G-1S), new RB260GSP(CSS106-1G-4P-1S)" - so is there a different hardware that is the "new RB260GS" which is different from the "old RB260GS"?

Yes, the hardware is different. And this new SwOS release appears to be for the new boards only.

Upgraded a new RB260GS hardware to 2.2 and set VLAN management ID.

I can ping the unit over VLAN, but I cannot access the web page.

Did something change where we need to make an additional change to some other page to enable VLAN web page management from default settings?

Can the CSS326 max out a Link Aggregation Group or is link aggregation only implemented in the CPU?

One other thing: From the wiki it seems that the switch doesn't support balance-rr as an aggregation algorithm, but maybe it will in the future?

Re: SwOS version 2.2 released -> BUG related to Management VLAN

Wed May 24, 2017 8:40 pm

Hi,

on CSS326 runing SwOS2.2, when I set Management VLAN to 1 and connect computer to a port which
- has VLAN set to "optional" (i.e. not "disabled")
- may accept any (tagged and untagged)
- has default VLAN ID 1
- is member of VLAN 1 (among others)
Then I cannot access the management interface anymore.

The comuter's NIC sends out traffic untagged, so should be put into VLAN 1 by the switch and be able to access the management interface.

Cheers
Alex

SwOS version 2.3rc2?

Wed May 31, 2017 11:46 am

Hi,

The "Upgrade" tab on my CSS326 (SwOS 2.2) sais "Latest Available Version: 2.3rc2 (built at Wed May 24 2017 13:36:36 GMT+0200 (Mitteleuropäische Sommerzeit))". There is neither a link to a changelog nor to a firmware image download.
Where can I find information about 2.3rc2?

Cheers
Alex
