what means blinking led in RBGPOE when i connect a lan cable (50m installed in a customer) with no device at the other end? short-circuited?
the specific poe works well with another lan cable.

Went to customer site and cable is propably cutted somewhere. Only pins 4,5 was ok with cable tester.
