Kernel panic CCR1072-1G-8S +

Tue May 29, 2018 4:30 pm

Good morning, I have a good problem with the model CCR1072-1G-8S +, it took 48 hours with multiple kernels panic.

- I have replaced the router(backup and restore) with another identical model and the problem continues, so it is not a hardware problem.

- I upgrade routeros to: 6.42.3 and packges to 6.42.3 and the problem continues.

- The router is well temperature and the sources are correct.

Log in last reboot:

A bug in a spf module can cause a panic kernel?

Module installed is mikrotik S-31DLC20D

Very thanks by your help.

I'm have this problem on the CCR1036-8G-2S +. I am using version 6.42.2. Upgraded that 2 weeks ago, and since then, have been at least 15 reboot due to kernel failure.

I did not find anything abnormal in my log, other than, of course, the "kernel failure on previous boot".

if it is happening repeatedly, I guess you should send autosupout.rif to mikrotik Support. they will investigate.

btw: I just had first kernel failure about 40 minutes ago on hAP ac^2 running 6.42.1. I will upgrade to 6.42.3 and if it happens again, then I will submit it as well.

I also have the same problem. CCR1072-1G-8S+ 6.42.2 (stable)

Rebooted twice in the past 20 hours.

02:44:08 system, error, critical router was rebooted without proper shutdown, probably kernel failure
02:44:08 system, error, critical kernel failure in previous boot

I have supout files and am going to send them to MT.

If anyone has any info / progress on this please share..
