IP Accounting improper traffic reading

Tue Jul 10, 2018 1:02 pm

Hi
I have set up IP Accounting and have noticed that the data readings are not accurate.
I have downloaded a PDF file from an FTP server to minimize the compression that may occur during file transfer.
The file is 1,739,073 bytes so accounting for TCP overhead I expected to see in the area of 2,000,000 bytes worth of download but on the snapshot i get the following.
192.168.10.218 ???.???.162.29 1239 28 * *
???.???.162.29 192.168.10.218 20414 23 * *
And this is the only traffic that were logged on the server used, and far less than what would have been expected.

Using html as transfer protocol on another network with a different Mikrotik I get the following
192.168.10.218 ???.???.162.29 1564 3 * *
???.???.162.29 192.168.10.218 320 23 * *

Either I am reading the data wrong or I am not logging all the data.

Would there be something else I can look into?
Regards
Gerhard

So no response yet.
Is this a standard feature?
