i have a script that runs daily backups from the mikrotik RB

one of them died so i need to export the ppp user list and pppoe server configuration from the daily backup, to copy on a new RB ccr diferent model from the one that died, is this possible, if yes with what tools?

It is not recommended to restore a backup from a MikroTik into another one. But it can work, maybe it will not be fully functional, but I'm pretty sure that after restoring it into a same model router, you will be able to export the configuration you need. After that, reset configuration and build it again
