RBM33G can`t connect winbox neither by IP

Hello, I have already configured a few mikrotik routers and want to try RBM33G, but cant connect to it. Power supply which I use is 24V 800mA, when i plug it, i see both green and blue led on, after few seconds only blue led stays lit, when trying to find router with winbox by neighbors section, nothing is found, then I set my ip to 192.168.88.22/24 and try to connect with winbox by ip 192.168.88.1 it doesn`t work either. Tried all mikrotik ports, all of them is blinking but just cant connect. Any ideas? No modules connected to ir now.

Reset the router and try again !

Already did this, holding reset button when starting the router, green led starts flashing, that letting reset button.

If you have a firewall on the computer or laptop disable this.
If nothing works try to recover your Mikrotik router with netinstall.

Make sure Winbox is on the latest version (if the device is on the latest RouterOS), or the version Winbox and RouterOS are compatible with.
This might be a basic suggestion, but this caught me a few times.

That was a good point with firewall, but it didn`t work.
Netinstall can`t find device too, tried on two different computers...

This might be a basic suggestion, but this caught me a few times.
Yeah, winbox was a bit old, but that didn`t help either.

Is there plugged any additional peripheral devices - wifi, Lte pci-e card or usb etc...If answer is Yes, remove them and try again .

It was, but before I created the forum topic, I have disconnected all other peripherals (it was LTE PCI-E)

Hmmm, try to use RS232 serial port !

Actually going to bring it back to reseller, and try to manage this with him. I`ll update later what was the issue.
