Mikrotik CAT 6 modems

Sat Nov 16, 2019 12:16 pm

Hello All.

Then new Audience arrived with a CAT 6 built in modem.

We will have a cat 6 modem available as well?

Nowadays i'm using an RBM11G but flashed with Golden ORb to be used with a Sierra Wireless MC 7455.

But...would be nice to have a cat 6 modem from Mikrotik to use it with Ruouter OS.

Have a good day.!!

Maurizio

Do we have any idea if we will be able to select bands like the lte4 international modem or wont be able to like the lte4 us version? Also any idea when they will be available to buy?

I have got "SXTR rev2 & R11e-LTE6 kit" by 1 day.

SIM are not up/down but a/b.
2CA works. Cell/SectorID lock works for primary band and second one "ca-band" works automatical. This lock is now save inside modem, we not must use modem-init.

It's inside house now. I prepare place outsite at 5m up.
My BTS is 3km at 80m up.
