how is the distance of the link?
for stability pick 20Mhz, for bandwidth play with 40Mhz.

About HT MCS ,if you don't know how to play with it i'm strongly recommending leave as it is (default)

it's about 3-4 km
but i have SXT lite 5
low rate = high power
high rate = low power and un stable ping
i wanna limit to get better power

My experience has been that you cannot disable a wireless data rate with MT HCS without unticking both sides. If you untick just one side, the data rate still gets used. It's not even as useful as to say that you can limit the transmit or the receive data rate alone by unticking one side, I have never seen that be successful -- the higher rates are still used in both directions. And since unticking at the AP side would limit all subscribers (not just you) to the lower rate, I understand why your ISP will not do it.

You may have some success changing your radio mode to 802.11a only, with a channel width of 20mHz, which will permanently disable some higher modulation levels.

Shame for mikrotik not being able to set the asymmetrically maximal MCS on both sides manually.
LOW mcs for UPLOAD gave us better jitter & TCP speedtest for NV2.
