No internet on LAN with Qnap Virtualization

Mon Mar 23, 2020 6:30 pm

Hello, i'm new to routerOS so i'm trying to learn as much as possible about this OS.
I have a problem:
I've configured a qnap (tvs-882) in this way:
all ethernet port are isolated each others so there is no connection between them (i know that there are on same nic) so ip assignment is governed by os on virtual machine instead qnap.
My network is 192.168.2.0 so i have assigned Static WAN IP as you see in screenshot (with dhcp is same);
I've changed, obviously, subnet of LAN, setting network with 192.168.10.0 but there is no internet on the LAN, same if i ping 8.8.8.8 with ping tool from terminal.
If i create a bridge, only ping works, but i dont want a bridge.
i've searched around and someone says to add a nat rules like this:
add action=masquerade chain=srcnat dst-address=0.0.0.0/0 out-interface=ether1
.

Can someone please help me?

thank you for support
