Xenserver MV restriction tx rx

Hello I like that you help me with the following concern,
I have a CCR1036-12G-4S team, with a group of IPs example 190.8.190.0/28, I have a server to virtualize (XENSERVER) with which I must assign one of the Ips of the group, plus I must create 5 virtual servers inside the iron and assign them public Ips of the pool / 28, which would be the recommended configuration to assign the pool in the mikrotik and apply upload and download restriction to each virtual server.
