my external MT LTE antenna to an SXT LTE6 Kit (it's not easy) to see what the performance is like and it's terrible (2-3mbps download),
Means, mANT LTE 5o 360° antenna + R11e-LTE6 = 2-3Mbps
if I put the R11e-LTE card into the SXT from my old wAP R then I get around 20mbps with the same antenna. I was curious to do this as I wasn't sure if it was the directional nature of the SXT or the LTE6.
Means, mANT LTE 5o 360° antenna + R11e-LTE = 20Mbps

You reach B3@30Mhz but all your effort are eating via bad sinr and then you receive slow cqi.
Additional, I think the DL+DL not work at this lte6 but you still should have that 20Mb and in new fw even more.
Try do Freq lock per one or second earfcn by
/interface lte at-chat lte1 input="at*cell=1,3,,1617"
or
/interface lte at-chat lte1 input="at*cell=1,3,,1761"
or disable this FreqLock by
/interface lte at-chat lte1 input="at*cell=0"
and next time provide the info from both situations, and give more clear question.
