Wireless wire cube, what should I do?

As usualy I'm lucky to get broken hardware...
Check this vid: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kMckHb ... sp=sharing
In short, there is something loose inside.

Should I RMA it? or open and fix by myself? does opening voids waranty?

I would open it, but I would not recomend it... :-)
