This is pretty lazy, as basically all LTE modems support AT commands and other cellular function and no USB Ethernet adapter would, so this should be a litmus test to classify the interface. Many LTE modems appear as USB ethernet adapter. It's likely someone reported LTE modem that wasn't appearing as such and they just assigned same USB class to be LTE modems...
Nice BASIC attitude to the problem...

It's been a while with V6. But one thing while you wait for V7 LT. In V6, In Ports, Firmware button, in the dialog there "Ignore DirectIP modem", you can try to CHECK that box. But I'm really not sure if that will help (e.g. you may end up with it just being a serial device, if so leave it UNCHECK). You may have to reboot to see if this has any positive effect.Device is dectected as LTE...my version is lts 6.48.6, hap acˇ2
How can i change it to ethernet?
edit: i see that you have fixed it in viewtopic.php?p=976934&hilit=RTL8153#p976934
So now i just wait for LTS firmware and it will work?![]()
