We run a WISP using fiber as main link and broadband connection as backup or failover. We use mikrotik Router as server and ubiquiti as access point radio to send internet to clients.

We want users to see our name as an WISP instead of showing our network Providers name especially when users visit www.whoer.net or www.speedtest.net. etc

Some other user can reply over than me, but I provide you the short and the shortest answer possible:

Short: buy and use the IPs and they will be yours (after 2 or 3 months), 20€/IP is a reasonable price.

Shortest: get IPs assigned by your connection provider. Do not cost nothing, but your provider must assign those IP to you on, for example arin.net / ripe.net / etc.
