I can not enter by winbox with the ip, if by mac, but it disconnects me fast.
By web I cannot enter either.
How can i fix this?. Winbox see my CAP

Did you try connecting to the CAP directly via Cable ? (No Switch, No Wifi )

Try direct cable.
PLC can sometimes give problems for this winbox MAC access (experienced it already myself)
