Spoke to our service provider and they said our internet should be working. We have an SXT series Ethernet. We have done a reboot to the router and still not working. Looking for help on what else we can try to do to fix it. There is no IP address showing. Our internet provider has been zero help. They do not answer calls and will not talk to customers. They occasionally answer an email. We’ve been down for five days now. Any help would be appreciated. We have AT&T cellular internet via a secondary provider.
