MPLS L3 tunnels without BGP?

Hi Everyone,
I currently have a network running MPLS over OSPF and I want to implement some MPLS L3 tunnels (OSPF VRFs). All of the examples I can find require the use of BGP, is it possible to setup MPLS L3 without BGP?
Thanks.

You could setup a separate OSPF instance within a VRF, then connect them via VPLS-tunnels.
