I am from PT Solusindo Bintang Pratama (ISP) from Indonesia.

I need help and informations,
We had problems with some Mikrotik devices, mostly on Mikrotik RB3011.
The problem that occurs is that the router has a Boot Kernel Failed problem so it restarts continuously. besides RB3011 this also happened to RB750 and RB2011.
Is there an issue with the device or are there other indications ?
Please advise what we can do

Note: For devices that have problems, a netinstall or hard reset has not been successful.

Corrupt flash or maybe bad memory. Try Netinstall.
