Many Pending Connections / Gmail / Youtube Music / Google Meets

Tue Nov 16, 2021 6:38 pm

Hi, Few days ago iv'e start to notice a degradation on performance during google meets, youtube Music Album card images, email images.
Maybe someone can help me with an advice or indication ?

Product: MikroTik hAP AC RouterBoard, Triple Chain Access Point 802.11ac
Usage: Home office a home usage
Internet connection: Direct from the ISP router Bridge mode

Actions that i have done:
- Initially i blame on the ISP router ( that had some years ) but even with the change the problem remain
- Disable all Extensions and try on different Browser ( Mozilla Firefox ), also on mobile Devices
- Tried several Values of MTU
- Temporarly disable firewall rues
- Upgrade to Stable ( RouterBoard Firmware and Packages )

** Important other services like Netflix, Music, and Speed Test services works just fine without any lag or problem
** important a direct connection of PC's to the ISP works ok. ( issue happened only when i use My Mikrotik router )
** On Email its so slow that i can see the images charging for parts from top to bottom.
** There are a lot of Pending connections on the Google developer tool / Network TTFB its slow even takes minutes..

Maybe a DNS issue ....
Did you try using 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 for your Clients?
(Basically skiping Mikrotik as a DNS-Server completely)

Hi, Yes in fact i've tried with both Google DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 ) and the ones from the ISP .. but the issue persist.
