I have configured the Mikrotik mANTBox 52 15s as access point but my signal going till 100-150meters only, I have configured it in
5ghz , Any settings i need to change here ??

For a link, and range, you need 2 devices. Want is the second device?
"Mantbox 15 S - Mantbox 15 S" is 4 km (https://mikrotik.com/products/ptp), but this uses the 15 dBi antenna gain of the second Mantbox as well as the first.
This is for LOS, no obstruction in the fresnel zone. (https://www.everythingrf.com/rf-calcula ... calculator)
6dB less gain or power halves the range. (If second device is a smartphone or tablet it has less antenna gain and will also have much lower TX power)

Just as exercise: 12 dBi less gain, 12 dB less power => -24 dB => 4 km / 16 = 250m if LOS
