queue not working and in red text color

Hi, I have a question regarding my simple queue. I set a queue for a specific ip address and it is not working and in color red. I already tried disabling the fast track and restarted the router but same thing happens.

1. Can you please Post a Screenshot of Queues in RED-Color

2. Can you please post the config of the Mikrotik device
(/export hide-sensitive file=anynameyouwish)
