I just begin with routeros and I wonder if I have to create a bridge with only 1 port, if I need to use 2 VLAN on this port, or if I can use
these 2 VLAN directy on the port (eg sfp port on CCR2004).

If you know that one port will be enough, there's no reason to do anything with bridge.

I am going get local peering (Toulouse / South Ouest France) and remote peering (Paris) from France-IX and they deliver their peering session on 2 Vlan.
So my configuration should be ok
