Any idea how to fix this?

Problem occured after i tried to upgrade ROS 7.1 manually, router booted up and then after a hard reset, the router stucked on loop.

I just had this same issue on a HAP lite, but I'm still on 6.48.6. Rebooted, not even an upgrade, just regular reboot from windox and now it's doing this. Thought about doing a netinstall, but haven't had a chance to try that yet. I also had a HAP AC2 do this with the 7.1.1 update, netinstall fixed that one.

Edit: netinstall 6.48.6 fixed the hap lite also
