My main router is RouterBOARD 962UiGS-5HacT2HnT. RouterOS 6.49.2.
First time trying to use The Dude, have installed client part on windows PC,
But having problems with installation server part on the router.
As I have understood my router's architecture is MIPSBE, but on Mikrotik Download page ( (https://mikrotik.com/download)) there is no respective The Dude package for such architecture. There is only Extra Packages archive which does not have Dude package either.
What shoud I do?

In addition, I have access point in bridge mode on RBcAPGi-5acD2nD (arm architecture), can I run The Dude server on this device?
Are there advantages/disadvantages to do so?

You will not be able to install the Dude-Server on any MIPSBE-Device.

If you want to Test and / or play with the Dude, i suggest you use someting like the hEX S or CHR

If RouterOS Ver.6 is installed , you should be able to install and run The Dude-Server

*Dude-Server isn`t availeble at the moment for Ver.7

RouterOS 6.49.2.
I have installed, but package is not running, says "Scheduled to enable".
Have tried to restart - no changes...

Have tried to check installation, it says damaged package... Have tried to download and install again - the same.
Seems for me dude package is not really working if router configured as AP in bridge mode.

The_Dude_v6/Installation
Note: For models with 16MB on-board storage use of USB/μSD storage is required to run The Dude server on the device.

Your device is cAP ac and have only 16MB of storage and looks like it doesn't have any options to extend the storage, like MicroSD slot or USB port.

You probably can follow already proposed solution

If you want to Test and / or play with the Dude, i suggest you use someting like the hEX S or CHR

I have ended it up running The Dude server (x86) on virtual machine on my NAS :-), it works now, thank you.
btw, how much disk storage and RAM needed for RouterOS x86 with The Dude server? I have assigned 10GB disk storage and 2GB RAM... Is this overkill?

For the start 1GB/128MB can be enough.
It depends on how long you plan to store your history and how much probes do you have.
