I recently acquired a used Groove A-52HPn, everything was fine at first. Then something happened after a month (around Dec 31 2021 - Jan 3 2022 [the time I noticed the issue]). I couldn't connect to the Groove via Winbox and its Wifi SSID couldn't be scanned from any OS as well. I have no idea what happened as I never touched or configure it at least a week prior to the issue. It was also already fixed in a position nobody can physically get their hands into it (approx 3 storeys high).
Things I tried:
- Reset via reset button (holding rst btn before putting in PoE for up to 20s)
- NetInstall (technically, I couldn't try this method for the reason that I couldn't connect to it by all means)
- WinBox (tried connecting via given IP [when it was working], default IP, Mac Adresses [E, W])
- Using different Lan Cables (all supports PoE)
