Hi,
Posting with a newbie question. I have two mikrotik hAP ac routers, one is a gigabit router and the other one a 100mbps one and an ISP modem that serves my external IP via DHCP. I both routers and the modem connected to a basic Gigabit TP-Link hub. I want one mikrotik router to act as a DHCP client to the ISP DHCP server and also a DHCP server to the local network and have NAT for internet routing and the other router to be a DHCP client to this DHCP server and both of them to transmit wireless (with different SSIDs).
I cannot figure out what setup I need here. I briefly had setup something that worked but then the admin log immediately started showing someone trying to telnet into my main DHCP server, so I quickly killed that setup. I probably need VLANs, but I am completely oblivious to how to set this up properly and securely.
Thanks for any help.
