Hello,
I have 6 rooms at my house. My internet provider (internet connection over fiber optic cable) shaped me to 100 MB/s.
From time to time i have to download let's say Unity which is gigabytes in size. So, when I start downloading, it eats the whole bandwidth. My TV (online stream) frizes, my kids can't play online as ping dramatically raises. It is the same thing if one of my kids starts downloading some huge updates, all other devices become slow on the internet. So, the question is, it is possible to configure it somehow to manage the bandwidth fairly, leverage it somehow, or anything else?

You could use QUEUE to overcome your current problem.
A simple queue or tree queue will do the job.
