Three different ISP with same VLANID q-in-q trunking need help

Just got three different isp provider, providing same VLAN IDs, connected with a CRS306-1G-4S+, trunking into one connection (vlan1998) to CHR.
Please help.

Isn't VLAN translation/re-mapping an option?
