I have donzens of ipsec vpn on my routerboard, but every time i create a new one the process of debug is painfull, when a check System > Logging > Ipsec the routerboard throws logs from all tunnels on the screen. Is there a way to filter only for the logs from especific tunnel?

AFAIK, no. And yes, it's painful.
