https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_uLxZYYEpQ
https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=deskt ... e=emb_logo

How those videos are found on the first place ?!
I don't remember as well how I found them as well (google search .. I found them before youtube release )

Mikrotik,

New CCR is interesting (more power) I understand that, but please provide more info about CCR2004-1G-2XS-PCIe
This is something totally new and totally interlining !!!

It is just not fair to wait when is already public ..

NOTE: People which are leak videos for not released product, please please leak a vide for a new "mAP / mAP lite" :D :D

The model names got leaked a long time ago.
Those are videos posted on the actual official Mikrotik YT page so not really a leak.

Given the chip shortage and how beta ROS v7 is at the moment not really filling me with a lot of confidence at this stage for deployment.

Hi,

also this one:
https://www.ip-sa.com.pl/ccr2004-pcie-p-6525.html

CCR2004-1G-2XS-PCIe, in Stock from: 2022-04-08.
Let´s see if that really is the date they will have them, but I am very excited already ...

Ad ROSv7: looks like it´s getting better quite fast, but I really don´t understand, why Mikrotik ruins his own reputation releasing that as stable. I have seen a similar situation with many other vendors as they have transitioned from 32bit to 64bit kernels or from 2.6.xxx to some recent version. I guess MT has long kept the old kernel and now the transition is very hard for them.

That said, I am still unable to use my RB5009, or lets say I have a better solution, since I need stability over nifty new features (I have those nifty features from other solutions). Would MT have communicated clearly the issues with ROSv7, they would have sold less v7 only HW in the first few months, but they hadn´t loose so much trust and potential future buyers.

Thats a shame!

Well let's give Mikrotik time to make it stable .. it is not so old as "GA" release .. for sure have a lot of bugs to fix but also 6.* have bugs fix releases from years on almost monthly bases .. my point is .. I guess is normal and we should wait a litle bit.

btw: I have a birthday on 05 April .. just saying if someone want to make me a birth day gift :D :D :D
