NAT between PBX and voip provider

I replaced a Fritzbox with a Routerboard. In my LAN I have a grandstream UCM6202 PBX. The PBX has a sip-connecting to my voip-provider. Registration is OK. We can receive invound calls without any problem, but incoming calls are dropped after 32 seconds. We don't have the problem when connected through the Fritzbox.
